A World Premiere lead by Daito Manabe + Rhizomatiks Research + ELEVENPLAY

On April 13, Infamous interdisciplinary digital Renaissance man Daito Manabe and Rhizomatiks Research will lead a choreography that combines the movements of five dancers from ELEVENPLAY with an arsenal of drones, virtual objects and AI computer interventions. Described as a dance installation and inspired by Alan Turing, the performance explores the interrelationships between the performing arts and mathematics, as well as the act of perceiving physical modes of expression and the world itself. The world premiere of this new work follows on similar performances that combine corporeal and mechanical bodies in spectacular gyrations of dance and technology and will take place at the Monument-National.
