Amelia Barros

Amelia Barros was born in Puerto Madryn (Chubut) in 1979, nowadays she lives and works in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She begins to work as a visual artist by defining images as her main way of communication and contact with the outside world. Initially, through intuitive development, she begins to articulate technics as photography, video and installation. She studied in several workshops and clinics with different artists, like Adriana Lestido, Eduardo Medici, Eduardo and at the Artist Program PAC, Gachi Prieto Contemporary Art Gallery.
