Myriam Bleau is a composer, digital artist, and performer based in Montréal. Using music and sound as a point of departure, she has created gestural electronic music performances, audiovisual interfaces, installations, and interactive devices that articulate sound, light, movement, and symbols. Her work investigates performance, both as a codified cultural manifestation and as an embodied (re)enactment of symbolic systems through human and non-human agencies. It has been recognized and presented internationally, in festivals such as Prix Ars Electronica, Sónar, MUTEK, ISEA, Transmediale, and Todays’ Art.
Nien-Tzu Weng is a Taiwanese-Canadian artist based in Montréal, merging dance, lighting design, and digital media. Her work, exploring the interplay between movement and multimedia, oscillates between reality and fantasy, reshaping perspectives and dialogues between the internal and external realms. Internationally recognized, her performances have featured at Node Digital Festival, Biennale Némo, and Ars Electronica, among others. Weng co-founded the collective Double Fantasy and contributes to LePARC at Milieux, supported by CCOV, and is a resident at Topological Media Lab, where she advances her research on presence and interactivity in contemporary interdisciplinary art.
