Bruno De Vincenti is a producer and electronic musician from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He’s been active since 1995 through different projects such as Acum23, Ivan Johnson, as part of the band Miranda!, launching the label Zensible Rec. or leading Argensynth: a group in Facebook for exchanging information and knowledge about music production with electronic instruments with more than 10.000 members.
Hyper Dreams was created from the exploration of different synthesis and sampling techniques during the early quarantine days. Produced and composed to be taken to live performance context, the album synthesizes and samples textures and melodies that refer to the world of dreams. It was initially conceived as a sleep inducer because, due to the forced confinement by the pandemic, Bruno suffered from anxiety and sleeping problems. Hyper Dreams achieved its purpose. International premiere online at the hybrid edition of MUTEK Montréal 2020.
