Tatiana Heuman^AR/DE

Tatiana Heuman (she/they) works on music and sound creation between Argentina and Europe. Their unique approach to musical production was developed through collaborative, intuitive and experimental processes where genres are fluid and in permanent mutation. Since 2014, Heuman has produced music under their solo electronic music project. After two EPs released in 2014 and 2016, their first album was released in August 2018: QEEI was released on the label Astro Nautico (NY). They have toured Europe, USA and Latin America playing in festivals such as Tauron Nowa Muzyka (Katowice, Poland), CTM (Berlin) and Heroines of Sound (Berlin). Heuman has studied Dance, Corporal Expression (Universidad Nacional de las Artes, Buenos Aires), Expanded Music (Universidad Nacional de San Martín) and is currently pursuing their master’s degree in Media Arts at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne, Germany. They are part of the collectives #VIVAS (female* sounds platform), TRRUENO, and female:pressure.

AMPLIFY D.A.I is an initiative of the British Council in partnership with MUTEK Montréal, MUTEK Buenos Aires, Artlab in Argentina, Oi Futuro in Brazil and Somerset House Studios in the UK.
