Since March 2020, Julie Elliott has been serving as the Economic Affairs Attaché at the Bureau du Québec à Barcelone, under the Ministry of International Relations. Her work focuses on promoting value propositions that drive bilateral economic relations between the Iberian Peninsula and Québec.
Over the past three years, she has been recognized for her dedication to the development of creative industries in Spain. The Office supports the political, economic, and cultural projection of Québec on the Iberian Peninsula.
