Prix NUMIX 2022

This is the 13th edition of the Prix NUMIX competition!

For the third year in a row, MUTEK is the proud ambassador for the XR Experiences award. The Digital Art Prize is accompanied by a $5,000 CAD grant awarded to the winner by the Conseil des arts de Montréal.

More than a competition, it is a complete experience that will be offered, including:
- the opening of an international section for certain categories;
- the merger with the Xn consultation FORUM;
- business meetings;
- access to exclusive content (case studies, inspiring meetings with creators, etc.)

An event extended over time to adapt to your calendars and facilitate access to all resources and content.

Note that there is a discount on the application costs for independent artists:

• Exceptionally for the Digital Art category, the Conseil des arts de Montréal (CAM) will pay the registration fees for eligible artists, organizations, and collectives free of charge, according to CAM’s general eligibility conditions — contact concours@numix.ca to verify if you are eligible for this discount.
• For applicants not eligible for the free CAM fee or applying to a category other than Digital Art, a 40% discount on the current fee with a promotional code is available upon request — simply contact concours@numix.ca and provide proof that you are an NGO or artist.

The registration period opens on January 11, 2022, and runs through February 17, 2022.
