Elías Merino, a Madrid-based composer and sonic artist, delves into algorithmic abstract computer music, unusual electronics, and instrumental compositions. His work explores time-perspective shifts, fractured narratives, and states of bewilderment. Merino is also intrigued by speculative futures, post-digital materiality, and Posthumanities. His work has been showcased worldwide, including Sónar, MUTEK, and Philharmonie de Paris. Merino holds a Master's in sonic arts and a PhD in composition from CeReNeM.
Tadej Droljc, a Slovenian artist and creative coder, merges sound, image, light, and sculpture. He has received the Lumen Prize Student Award and the Dennis Smalley Scholarship. His work has been featured at prominent festivals like Ars Electronica, Paris Biennale NEMO, and Brighton Digital Festival. His practice-based doctoral research earned the Vice Chancellor’s Award for an outstanding thesis at the Centre for Research in New Music.
