Tatiana Heuman works in musical and sound creation between Argentina and Europe. Around 2014, she started her solo electronic music project. After two EPs in 2014 and 2016, her first album came in August 2018: QEEI was released on the Astro Nautico (NY) label. She has toured Europe, the United States, and Latin America, playing festivals such as Tauron Nowa Muzyka, CTM, and Heroines of Sound.
She will be performing Profundx AV, an audiovisual performance that compiles dissected noises, sonic dreams and agitated dances. It precedes the collaborative piece ‘We have to save the wind’ premiered at MUTEK Montréal Hybrid edition 2020. This time it is revealed how Tatiana Heuman (aka Qeei) gives form and gesture to sound in solo format, integrating rhythms for the dance floor to be enjoyed in the intimacy of the home.
Heuman has studied Dance and Body Expression (UNA), Expanded Music (UNSAM) and is currently pursuing her Master's in Medial Arts at KHM, Cologne, Germany. She has developed a series of collective music production laboratories and workshops with the principle of understanding audio processing as a means of manifestation. She is part of the #VIVAS (female collective sound platform), TRRUENO and female: pressure communities.
