Lydia Yakonowsky is a multimedia artist, trained as an economist . She deconstructs and repurposes visual elements from economic theory-based charts to create immersive, original works that challenge and reshape the utility of economic modeling. Her first dome film, Introduction to Econometrics, won a special mention from the Jury at SAT Fest 2022 in Montreal.
