Lucas Paris has been working with real-time sound and visuals and has been building digital instruments and software for over a decade. His studies in digital music at Université de Montréal led him to join the electroacoustics collective QUADr, alongside Alexis Langevin-Tétrault. Intrinsically spontaneous, his artistic process captivates audiences through immersive and mind-bending scenography. Touring internationally since 2017, Paris garnered a number of residencies in Montréal, Spain and Portugal, and collaborated again with Langevin-Tétrault under the name BetaFeed for the 2015 edition of MUTEK Montréal.

Prolific interdisciplinary artist, Alexis Langevin-Tétrault merges musical composition, digital technology, visual arts and performance. Product of numerous collaborative and solo projects, namely Alexeï Kawolski, Falaises, DATANOISE, ILEA and Recepteurz, his work has been featured in over a hundred international events and received a number of accolades. His recent works explore the corporeal aspect through audiovisual devices, scenographic and dramaturgical analysis, the study of sound timbre and a reflection on social themes. Langevin-Tétrault holds a master’s degree in digital audio composition and sits on the board of directors of the Regroupement des Arts Interdisciplinaires du Québec (RAIQ)
