International Festival of Digital Creativity and Electronic Music

Myriam Achard has close to 25 years of experience in the fields of culture and communications. In her previous role at Spectra, she managed press relations for major Montréal events including the Festival International de Jazz, Les Francofolies, and Montréal en lumière. She has also worked for the Berlin International Film Festival and the Festival de Cannes. For the past 14 years, she has worked alongside Phoebe Greenberg to develop and promote the Canadian and international avant-garde arts scene. As Chief, New Media Partnerships and PR, she seeks out the most innovative and immersive new works from across the globe to present in Montréal. Over the past years she has devoted a great deal of her energy to representing Phi internationally, creating a distribution network for projects in which Phi takes part today as a co-producer, operator, and distributor. Phi is now active on three continents, exporting its creative energy to New York, Venice, and Tokyo. Myriam Achard sits on the Board of Directors at Tourisme Montréal, C2 Montréal, Culture Montréal, Montréal en Histoires, and Québec Innove.
